His point is that there are three types of Diversity, two of them are useless.
1) Diversity of Skin Color is meaningless. Because skin color shouldn’t matter (we should be a colored blind society)
2) Diversity of Fundamental values is meaningless. Because some values are better than others, and share fundamental values help binds a society together.
The third is what, is needed in society and should be promoted.
3) Diversity of view points.
