Does the Bible have errors? Could bible skeptics be wrong? Learn what biblical inerrancy means? Discover how to deal with the alleged contradictions and the issues that relate to scientific matters. For example, when the Bible mentions "corn" in the Old Testament the Hebrew word in context is wheat that is cleaned from its chaff. The Transliterated word in Hebrew is "bar." It is likely where we get the word barn as it relates to grain that has been winnowed (the chaff removed). Jesus mentioned that unless a Corn of wheat (farina) falls to the ground and dies it abides alone. Corn was not a crop of that part of the world, nevertheless, the term corn used in the original language was wheat.
